About Inna Semenyuk and InnavationLabs

My journey started in Moscow as a consumer journalist and TV presenter, eventually steering me into consumer PR and marketing space in Moscow and London. In the past, I worked with Turner Broadcasting, Starbucks, Expedia, Facebook, 20th Century Fox, VISA, SONY, Blackberry, and other brands, focusing on market launch and brand storytelling.

However, as an employee, I felt like the corporate narrative wasn't quite my calling. In pursuit of a deeper impact, I launched my own consultancy in San Francisco, helping startups (many of which were developer-focused companies) tell their story. Within this role, I focused on distilling complex concepts into engaging communications for specific audiences.

Today, I am dedicated to transforming how companies talk to their employees. Whether it's making open enrollment straightforward with intuitive benefit guides and microsites, or crafting compelling employee content (brochures, guides, presentations, videos), my goal is to ensure that every employee feels acknowledged and valued, and every company's message is authentically delivered.
